GuitarMasterClass is a meeting point for musicians from all over the world. All with different musical preferences, knowledge, skills level and so on. The community at GuitarMasterClass is a great platform for you to find new friends and project partners with either similar musical ideas as you have, or the complete opposite. Regardless of what you are looking for, there are great opportunities for collaborations!
There are several ongoing collaborations lead by GMC instructors just waiting for you to join.  All skill levels are encouraged to participate - don't forget that the purpuse is learning, not producing the perfect song!
Participating in a collaboration is not only fun, it will help you develop your musical skills within many areas that you need as a musician, such as:
- Basic Songwriting
- Working musically with others
- Basic recording techniques
Completed Collaborations
Before you jump on a collaboration, you might want to check out the Collaboration Guidelines, and the previous already completed ones! All participants receive personal feedback on their contribution, and at the bottom of each post you will find a MP3 file with the completed recording. For inspiration, have a look at the first completed song collaboration, with a music video!
Ongoing Collaborations
There are several ongoing collaborations lead by different instructors, and with different starting points. Usually, the instructor presents a backing track, and distibute different spots to the participants. Of course, if you rather sing, play drums or something else, you are more than welcome! This is a place for brain storming and creativity!
