Hi there!

As many of you probably, I am an artist that struggle to get my music "out there". One of the best platform is YouTube, but my knowledge of video making is less than 0, so I tried other platforms: ReverbNation, Soundcloud, SoundClick, Bandcamp... etc, all with very small success and things are going down... mellow.gif
While I try now to fix my videos and YouTube, I was thinking to use Spotify as a platform. Being independent/not signed, one of the options is TuneCore, which has a pretty thick EULA written in "legalese".
What do you think about using TuneCore? Do you have any experience you would like to share? Did you or somebody with a deeper understanding of the terms, took a look on the EULA?

If so, can you explain it to me in simple words?

The title might be a bit deceiving... sorry tongue.gif
First, it's not EP, it's EPs, I made 2 this years. Second, they are not that very new anymore, but somehow I've been really busy and haven't been around here for quite a while.
My first album came out in 2009 (and was pretty bad in places). So, my second release came in 2015 after quite a while... had just 2 tracks, so I named it "TWO".

Hi there
I've been quite inactive here lately, so, to "wash my shame off" here's a proposal rolleyes.gif
I wrote a blues theme some time ago and I have several versions on Soundcloud, with some guest guitarists, but hey, why not making even more, right?

I invite you to download the backing and make your own versions of it and post here.
Here's the original:
https://soundcloud.com/mihai-sorohan/black-cat-2014
Here's the backing track:
https://soundcloud.com/mihai-sorohan/black-...4-backing-track
Theme and chords here:

First time guitar is playing the melody, then melody gets played by brass and guitar plays chords, until cadenza.

*Why is it "wrong blues"?
because:
1. it's 16 bars instead of 12
2. cadenza is a constant structure just going down one tone each bar (see the sheet)

Well, I've seen lessons for almost any style, any technique and level but I never seen anything even close to that:
YT Music Video

What kind of drum stick? what tension? what angle? is there working only with a specific tuning?

Hi

For some time I was keeping an eye on the lessons here but I'm new to this forum, so let me introduce myself.
My name is Mihai Sorohan and I'm a musicohoolic laugh.gif Actually I am a trumpet player and a guitar hobbyist/ enthusiast. Here are some really cool lessons, I especially like Stephane's jazz-fusion videos, very clear and easy to understand while quite complex on the theory/harmony/substitutions...etc.

Even if quite late for Christmas, I would like to show you one of my latest things I've done, a version of "Vitae Lux" composed by Frode Alnæs, me on trumpet, guitar and some of the keyboards:
