Do You Have Lessons For..

Do you have ways to help me improve the following:

1. when jamming with friends (i have a drummer friend and another guitarist), when they play me some chord progression i will be able to improvise on it

2. lessons that i could play without the backing track and still would sound as exciting as they are with it (so i can show-off to my friends without needing to enter the website)

Is This Price Okay?

I've recently seen a guitar very similar to (instructor) Pavel's guitar.
an Ibanez JEM7v :

neck type - 3pc JEM neck
body - Alder body

It costs abou 2500$. Isn't that a little expensive? (a sincere question, i have no idea)

if not this, i'll look for a Gibson SG.

Currently i have a standart fender stratocaster.

How To Get The Right Sound?

This is impossible! XD

I'm playing the Neoclassical 3 step lesson- intermediate part now, some parts are a little sloppy yet but I have 2 major problems.

1. I can't even go NEAR the level of your vibrato. It's so perfect and i just can't see myself playing it like that. When i try to vibrate so deep and stretch the string so far up and down (and not naturally, i just push the string up and down trying to imitate what you are doing) the sound cuts.. are there lesson dedicated to learn these kind of vibratos?

2. I can't get the sound you get out of your guitar playing this song.. I'm using a whole different guitar than your's, but maybe the amplifier's settings is what makes the difference?
