Hi everyone,

I just joined the site, and I'm really looking forward to learning something. I've been practicing a bit on my old acoustic guitar, but I think I'm pretty much on the beginner level smile.gif

I saw a Guitar and Amps guide on this forum (really good by the way), and it made me wonder.. I would like to move from the acoustic guitar to an electric. Probably something like the stratocaster.

Anyway, do I need to buy a $1000 real strat. or will one of the cheaper copy-models do for a start? mellow.gif
