Is the mp3 called Collab the one we are going to use. Or is that just an example? The only reason I ask is because you say here is an example. So I am thinking this might not be the actual track we will use.... Or is it? unsure.gif

It might be hard to solo over with the lead acting as rhythm guitar on the track. Won't it sound to full?

Sorry about my bad German smile.gif I actually used Google translator for kicks and I've heard it mostly makes a gag out of the translation. I hope it gave you a good giggle. smile.gif

Glad to have you on board!

Good Question! I'm actually working on a new version to use in the Collab that will have a bit more space for Solos. This bit is a tad busy so I wanted to balance it out with a less busy part to allow for more solo flexibility.

NEW BACKING TRACK FOR PROJECT 21 COLLLAB!

I re-did the Backing. It's just killer for showing off your solo chops! Grab the backing and let me know what you think smile.gif I made one that was actually easy to solo over instead of being overly complicated and busy.

Hi Todd,

I guess the "soon-to-be Saitenakrobat" wink.gif from Germany has to start this collab tongue.gif
Some wrong notes in here, as I tried to make some parts a bit more speedy. Messed up a few legatos, but overall I'm happy with this take. I tried a new pick holding technique, I will have to practice this some more but it feels quite good when I am picking.
Hope you like my take, see you on saturday!

Weiter so! (Keep it up!)

Christian

Nicely done! wink.gif Very melodic and good use of scales as well. Can you post just your guitar track sans reverb so I can add it to the mix?

This COLLAB is open so if you have any pals you want to invite to guest solo, please do smile.gif
