I have a somewhat peculiar request, perhaps.
Let me explain.. I've not played in a while and my fingers are not doing what they used to do.
From when I used to play more regularly, I remember that practicing the most strenuous of pieces, whilst a painful process, was the quickest way for my fingers to adapt and become more comfortable. So I'm looking to do the same again.

Therefore, what GMC lessons would one suggest?
Exercises are all well and good but I'd prefer melodies. Also, I'm not talking about shredding here, I'm thinking more along the lines of big bends, wide stretches.. stuff that will push my fingers to the limit.

The link is for Muris' mixolydian beginner solo. Is that correct?
I was looking for something a bit more extreme. Thanks for the suggestion though smile.gif

EDIT: Now all we need is a crazy bending lesson. My first guess will be anything from Marcus Lavandell ?
