So i got the tremol-no in my Jackson; but when i install i didn't have new strings ._. Now i have the strings, but one of the strings holders block in the floyd vanished into the void, any suggestion where i might find one "fo sell", without having to buy a whole new saddle?

Take the guitar into a shop, have them take a look at it and order a new one. It'll cost about a euro. There can be slight differences, and this way it's not your fault if they order the wrong one. They might have some in store, and you can walk home with one same day
