yeah people will often ask for picks, if you have them plenty you can give them away, but if you're on a tight budget bring some used ones and give away those

I don't play with a pick as a bass player but people ask me for them anyway  Drummers are in worst situation They have to give out drum sticks which are most expensive.

Good tip
I always have my stone pick, this is the one that I am using to play, and tons of "give away" picks with the BG logo and stuff like this
