I am thinking of buying a new guitar, i just don't know what to get. My budget is $600. I want something with a great lead/solo guitar sound. Any suggestion???????

I could recommend Schecter guitars as some of the versatile guitars that are at that range. However it depends on what styles you want to play, and also what type of sound you like.

Indeed.... I came up with a great convincing argument for the missus... Totally worked.

It's my first string thru body guitar, great sustain, and of course changing strings is easier too cool.gif

HaHa tongue.gif Yea I got good at doing a chang on a floyd, about 25 mins.... a very fiddly and rushed 25mins but still... so much eaiser on a string thru body. And the Seymour Duncan blackout's are very impressive.

Well first of all I would suggest getting a used American or Japanese guitar! For $600 you can get something nice!
Try craigslist or something like that!
