I did it!!! It works great! I lost a lot of sustain but it is a very interesting instrument! I like it a lot and will make some demos soon!

Great news ! What you used to fill ? - epoxy resin ?! I was too lazy to fill just used sand paper to make it smooth I heated up the frets and they came out very smoothly -------------------- |

I was too lazy to fill just used sand paper to make it smooth I heated up the frets and they came out very smoothly How does it play? Does it make an unwanted sound when you slide across the empty gaps where the frets used to be? I guess it makes sense that you lost alot of sustain since there is less contact with the string to transfer to the wood. Do you have any songs in mind that you may want to play a fretless guitar on?
