Also something that is "forgotten" I will be better...eventually..... the journey goes on  Cheers Ohh there is nothing strange with that, we all tended to forget about timing and focus only on notes in the beginning, you are NOT an exception!! With more time, playing and experience you'll start thinking more about timing, for sure. The good thing to easy start with it is by learning lick from lessons, solos, songs etc and then incorporate those timings in your own improvisations. Lick is not just the notes, it's also timing and its relation to the bar. Journey goes on, well said, lets roll!!
