Hello, Zsolt!
So i`ll ask without any prelude - what exercises\etudes\songs you used to achieve such unbelievable vibrato?! Do you practise vibrato\bends with metronome too? If you can provide some simple exercises or give some pro tips i`ll be very grateful
Of course many of your lessons such as Hyper Blues and Evil Disguise are full of vibrato and bends but I usually trying too hard to get any close and my fingers start to hurt pretty soon..
Have a nice day man!
Hi Alex!
The first thing was that I learned a few solos from my favorite guitarists and I tryed to imitate the vibratos they did. These vibratos can be very frustrating to achieve, as your fingers and wrist can start to hurt. When I feel pain I stop and start practicing something else, but when I finish the scale for example, I always try to do the vibrato again. So whenever I practice something, I always use the same vibrato whenever I can.
When you start practicing, try achieve as much as you can, and when it starts to hurt, stop. Try it again in an hour, or leave it for the next day. You can also practice it using a metronome. You can develope a very even vibrato like this. Start out at 100 bpm for example, pick a note and vibrate it while counting to 4, while 1 vibrato up and down lasts for one beat. When you feel that it is even, and you are familiar with it, turn it up a bit.
Cheers
