You could try practicing this exercise with a metronome at various tempos. Listen to (and "feel") the clicks while playing, and focus on getting the notes out on the right beat. After a while, you will get used to follow clicks/drums/etc.

I've discovered that i play slightly before the beat, do i have to correct the things? And how do i adjust my playing to sound perfectly on the beat? i'm pretty scared of this because I don't how to handle it. thanks! If you want I have a rhythm corner with a lot of exercises that will help you develop your timing!
