Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate. You did a great job on this one! It's great to see you improving your playing that much! smile.gif
You have to re-check the first sweeps since there is a difference between what you are playing and the lesson, I think that you have to play the first string twice. Most of the sweep sound clean, but there are some of them that sound incomplete, and that's because I can't here each note. Also your timing could be even tighter. So my recommendation is to keep on practicing, maybe at a slower tempo.
By the way it's a 9! Well done! wink.gif

Great take! Although this is a very demanding lessons, you have a few problems with the timing, so I will not be too harsh smile.gif! It also seems to me that you didn't tune A string or guitar is not tuned around 12th fret, check that !

Hey mate smile.gif the take is building up nicely, but it definitely needs more work on the timing. As Gabe noticed, you are missing some notes due to the fact that you are trying to get a hold of the timing. That means you should practice slower some more, to get into the groove without missing any note at all!

Cheerios and keep on rocking

Hey my friend, a good effort but there's a couple of areas that aren't quite right. The 3rd and 6th shapes sound wrong. Check the original lesson as they may not be major shapes but minor shapes.

Also, Gab mentioned that you have to play the last note of the arpeggio twice to keep the amount of notes flowing properly. It sounds like you're meant to be playing 13 notes. One direction of the the arpeggio gives you 6, the other direction gives you 6 and then play an extra note to conclude the shape. I hope that makes sense.

However, the sweeping itself is nice and clean so just some more work on sweeping will make you better at it ! smile.gif
