hi Zsolt,

i'm a new member on GMC and i discover your lessons ( there are already 4 in my favorites ).
when you practice the modal serials, i saw you use finger 1 for the first case (ok) but you use finger 3 for the third case and finger 4 for the fifth case ( you play 1-3-4 ).
Every teacher says i must apply in this case 1- 2 - 4.
is there a ruler or every one can do as he wants ?

Still just a thing. Why in guitar pro there are not the tracks of the drum and the bass with the lead guitar ? It would be nice and i could put down the tempo and reduce the sound of the lead guitar and play over the drums and bass. Its a very good way for training and stay in the rythm because you see and you ear what you do. After, you can play only with the backtrack of GMC for checking if you play rigthly in the rythm the lesson.

Sorry for my bad english i'am a french dude.
I learn whith many teachers on internet and i must say you have a very good level.

Thanks for yours lessons.

Hi friend! I'm answering here because it's been a while since Zsolt has been here... regarding the fingers election there is not only 1 way to play something. You will find two different top level guitar players that would play the same passage in a different way. Both possibilities are ok and you should use the one that works for you and feel more comfortable. However my suggestion is to practice and master both in order to allow you alternate the finger depending on the situation.
