GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Recorded A New Song

Posted by: ItSME3 Jun 11 2012, 10:41 AM

When I find some time I sit down and write a song and immediately record it. I don't care too much about slurred lyrics or bad guitar playing. Usually I use the first take and try to not edit anything. Sounds stupid but for me its more about the feeling of the moment than a perfect end product. Against all the rules but I am usually happier with a spontaneous recording. Anyway for this one I got some nice feedback from the wife of the actor Andy Whitfield (of spartacus fame) who I refer to in this song.

If you like some folky stuff give it a listen

donated some money for some Andy Whitfield docu and also followed her blog on twitter. She followed me back apparently and when I posted the song on twitter and stated that I got inspired by learning about Whitfields death she listended to it and dropped me a line.
