the duncans i have sound great but i think i need a little more gain (the JB and 59 combo is what i have) it came with my ibanez (i bought it used) and the tone is nice, but i dont like the cleans, and i dont think it has enought power for me...

Perhaps you may try this model (Distortion), the Invader, the Dimebucker.... they have more gain than the JB
what can yoo tell me about the 59? I was thinking to put it in the neck

The 59 is a classic PAF pickup with a vintage sound, good cleans and a smooth tone - Very versitaile

My Tip: put a 59 bridge version in the NECK!!! it sounds just like the neck version but it has a bit more output so it will be louder which is better for matching with your loud high gain bridge pickup
