"Remember to have "rest" days in your practice schedule. Make it once or two times a week when you won't play guitar at all, rather mentally study theory etc. That rest will prove as beneficial as actual practice, you need to allow your brain to rest and grasp all the new stuff you learned."

I agree with you Bogdan, rest is very important part of improvement. I would say rest once or twice a month if you are really hard working and enjoy playing guitar every day wink.gif
