"Learn at least couple (3, 5 or more) licks for major, minor and dominant chords. All you need to do is move them up and down and you have them in 12 keys now. This will help you when improvising and it will create signature licks for your own style of playing"

It is always good to have some "safety" likc in your pocket that you can rely on when you are about to get lost inan improvisation, so I absolutely agree with this tip

Very important for jazz players, but also moving them through I IV V keys/degrees is a must for any rock/blues player as well, specially pentatonic licks.
