Rules
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 7.5 or higher.

Ok here's my take on Muris lesson phrygian-soloing-beginner
I had trouble with syncing the audio to the video for some reason maybe the frame rate on the camera is the problem  Anyway recorded the audio on reaper tho my podxt using a Fender Strat. Its my first attempt at filming myself playing and boy do I look stern!!

Cleanness - 4 Feel -4 Posture - 4 Sound - 4 Considering your overall level I think this was very good! There are some problems with timing (seems like you learned it not correct) but nothing major, also work more on your vibrato and maybe add more gain for solos like this one, good effort.
