The guitar heroes were fun, but I kinda lost my desire to play them. If I feel like playing GH, I would rather just play my real guitar. My brother is INSANELY good when it comes to GH, and the real guitar for that matter.... He five stared a good majority of the songs on expert. it's unreal how good he is...

isn't GH3 being made by another company though?

Just to set the record straight Guitar Hero Sucks Why ?

When you play " REAL " guitar why get good at a "FAKE" one when that "TIME" can be invested into something else.

Random Notes:

: I beat BioShock in 2 days on medium and its a 22 hour game, whats that tell you ? Its amazing and for two days straight I cut my self off from the rest of the world and played BioShock Very Good game for 360 that is. Dont know how it is for PC

: Dont ever buy the PS3, why ? It simply has yet to make a good game and its been out for quite some time. Resistance and Motor Storm are -O.K but the Wii and Xbox 360 are coming out with far better games.

: WoW= Life waster. There is a bartender at one of are local bars and says here husband spends at least 15 hours on it a day. You get the Point.

:CoD 4 looks really good. Idc when anyone says I watched my friend playing the beta and he was like dropping air strikes on his opponents. Looks Intense !

Enemies would turn around from 100 feet when I was completely silent, put the sights to their eyes, and then shoot me in the head before I could even establish that I was even aiming at an enemy. The AI was purely BS, and I regret ever walking the 10 blocks to get the game.

yeah seriously i cant believe no one else mentioned Guitar Hero III yet lol but it comes out on a sunday

i played the demo off the xbox live marketplace tho its got 5 songs and it looks @#$%in amazing
it has over 70 songs, theres now online multiplayer and instead of encores you now have boss battles where you play a solo track ( specially created for guitar hero 3 ) facing off against guitar legends
i cant wait

I don't really know where to start, but..

Twilight Princess is my favourite game (yes Ayen! and I don't even care about shooting arrows with the wiimote, it's not about that anyways) followed by Killer 7, both awesome games, yet they areso unlike each others. I just love the gameplay in all Zelda games

Metroid Prime 3 is coming out here this friday here in europe, and I'm dying to get it, even though I didn't play Metroid Prime 2 (since it looked like crap because of the dark and light word, having ammo, etc), but the first Metroid Prime game is definetly one of my favourite games, the feeling of lonelyness is so intense. Anyone here played MP3, or is anyone planning on getting it this friday?

And, I have to whine a bit about being broke and not having an xbox 360 (was gonna buy one this summer but I wasted all my money on guitar stuff-_-), I mean come on, this fall is insane! Mass Effect will most likely be the best game ever (I mean, even if it's half as good as KotOR it'd still be awesome and it looks like it will be a lot better), Asassins Creed has the same potential and Kane and Lynch seems really interesting.

I also have to say that I got a bit dissapointed with Bioshock (played it at a friends house), you don't get the feeling of freedom at all, but I guess I had way to high expectations..

The PS3 is seriously the WORST!!! There is a guy that works with me that is a HARDCORE PS3 fanboy and all he does is talk about how "amazing" that cosole is and how it totally destroys the 360. lol God I hate my PS3. Glad I got it for xmas and didn't have to spend any money on it. And resistance was not "O.K" it SUCKED!

IU wouldnt say never buy one, when it does have games out, it will be worth it, FF7 and FF13 are worth it for me.

Plus, Solid Snake owns pretty much every viedo game character ever. MGS4, Cant wait!

XBOX Doesnt cost that much for live, and its a once a year payment, never had my XBOX Freeze. Either system is worth the buy i think.

Well first of all, I have a 60 and it never freezes, so there is no problem in buying one (way better than PS3 in my opinion!) and the reason playstation online is free is because it isnt anything like Xbox Live. It costs money because its way more advanced than PS online.

I've never played a Zelda game other than Twilight Princess. To be honest, the gameplay seemed pretty average compared to most games I've played. I'm not saying it sucked, I'm just saying that nothing about it came out and made me say "Oh crap, that's so cool!".

An example for this is Shadow of the Colossus. Even coming upon the first colossus, your brain melts in awe of the giant monster, and the fact that you, nothing more than a small child, are about to kill it.

I agree with you although i have played a couple of the past Zelda games. I have never finished any of them but I don't think the new one was amazing, it was decent.

All ive got to say is..... OCTOBER 28TH!!!! GUITAR HERO 3 COMES OUT!!! I cant freaking wait. That game actually helped me on the real guitar too, its pretty amazing. Please share your thoughts...

i pwn at guitar hero!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yeah it helped me 1) wanna play guitar, and 2) get my left hand fingers to move pretty fast... i know its only 5 buttons but still

if u wanna get into the feelings of Zelda games, i suggest starting with the Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask... for Nintendo 64

Those are the ones I played mostly, the N64 ones, but I played them on a gamecube because they rereleased it for that. I have played Twilight for a while also though. Only a few hours worth.
