Hi, I just finished recording a new song. It's mostly vocal, so the guitar isn't as interesting other songs I've made, but there's a short solo and the sound quality is better. Tell me what you think...

I changed the tone (made the guitar fuzzier), added a drum track, and tweaked a few things. Is this better or worse? http://soundcloud.com/sentientecho/air-fuzz

I personally like the first version better. The fuzz kind of clouds your nice voice.

Thanks for the feedback -- I guess I didn't pay much attention to the vocals when I was editing it! Here is an updated version, with softer fuzz and louder vocals (I didn't make the drums softer because it's already a little bit hard for me to hear them):
http://soundcloud.com/sentientecho/air-fuzz-1 Hopefully this is better... This post has been edited by sentia: Aug 6 2011, 12:50 AM |
