Hey, my band have just started recording our first original song and im doing vocals, I also wrote the song although it doesnt have any verse lyrics yet.
I was wondering if you guy's could give me an honest opinion of the entire song, its not 100% done and isnt mixed properly yet, I just want to know if were heading in the right direction and maybe things that could be improved.
were not looking for perfection as its just a quick demo at the moment until we get enough to get it done proffesionally.
Cheers
Chris

Just had a listen Chris and think you guys are definitely headed in the right direction with this one.
The drums are really problemtic in my ear, ussually the problem is that the band doesnt play with the drums. but here it sounds that the drums don't really fit the song.. I'm not a drum expert so I can't get into detailes, but they just sound wrong me..
Song Idea as a whole is preety cool, the chorus is very strong, solo idea is nice but could have been playd more convisingly I think. bass is preety dominant but in a good way.
Try fixing the drums and I think you'll be on you'r way of making a great song!
thanks guy's, unfortunatly we dont have the equipment or time to sort out recording a real drumkit, they are actually a recording or our drummer playing the electric kit, however it is only a quick demo lol.
really nice. Good singing, strong chorus and the harmonized guitars are great. Will there be lyrics over the verse ??
This sounds. Pretty cool
Sounds really good.
I like it!
Is what I hear a 21 yo voice? Amazing
Maybe Mr Trond V. could give you adavice about the drums I love the way he does it.
Keep up the good work.
ok, heres the updated track with lyrics over the verses now, please, more bad things! lol, if someone doesnt point them out, how can it get better
