I love this band, acually going to see them in may with lamb of god. But I really love how alexi uses persise, single notes in main riffs, but still keeping it heavy at the same time. It really blends well with the keyboards when he does that.

Although I am not a fan of this genre of music I aboslutely love Alexi's playing and listen to him regular on youtube. Good stuff biggrin.gif

im just angry that they are not headlining on the us tour. ID LOVE to see them with cannibal corpse. and i agree he keeps it metal even tho he uses many high notes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4mvcfBwCNQ is amazing. If somebody could tell me how to do some of that it would be awesome

AWESOME band. I missed out on seeing them last year at Gigantour 2008, but plan to catch them next time they're back in Oregon. Not particularly thought-provoking, philosophical, or deep in any manner whatsoever, but great aggression in their music, and Alexi's guitar playing is always a blast to listen to.
