(pass, 8) Bend And Slide Exercises For Beginners, Lesson By Laszlo Boross |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey this is not bad at all ! Well done for taking the step
To help you with making the vibrato sound more in tune, try to treat it the same way as if you were performing a eries of string bends. Between each bend you would return the note to its original starting pitch before bending again. This is all that vibrato is really.. a series of pitch modulations. So if you do vibrato but keep the string pushed slightly sharp then it will sound out of tune. Try to return the string back to its original pitch during vibrato, between each bendy vibrato-y bit Here - you've inspired me to create a new post about vibrato ! https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=43123 |

Original lesson: Bend And Slide Exercises For Beginners by Laszlo Boross my first steps with bending and vibrato.... heheheheh Good job! Great for the first time! You can focus on bending a little more and make sure you can get it perfectly on pitch! Also timing is a little shaky! Good job tho! -------------------- |

hey man! if this is your first step on both techniques I must say that you are on the right track! This sounds good! Both techniques need more practice, mostly the bending because you have to gain more strength with your fingers. So keep on working in this way and you'll take your playing to a new level soon!
what amp or soft emulator are you using for your guitar tone? (you can send me a PM with the answer). -------------------- My lessons
