Hi Joe:
Would it be possible to get the backing track for your "I got Rhythm 5 - Muted Arpeggios" lession?

Thanks for this great lesson. It's a great way to learn a few new arpeggios while working on my right hand technique.

Something about this lesson that made me think of new things to work on when practicing on alternate picking. I noticed that when palm muting the note, the muscles of my forearm have to work harder. ... still relaxed, but much more active. For a long time now, I've been focusing on wrist movement, but then i noticed with this lesson that even though I could feel my forearm working, I was still not picking from the elbow (a good thing I think). I was still doing a pretty good wrist motion but it felt more like my whole arm was getting into it.

What are your thoughts on this? Should the motion for AP come entirely from the wrist, or should the rest of the arm play a role?

Jim.
