Hi, lately i have not found any warm up techniques that fits my skills, so i have been making my own exercises.
and now i ran out of exercises, so what warm up/exercise techniques do you use? -------------------- My Gear:

This is mine:
I start doing this chromatic exercise really slowly: Then i do this Satriani exercise slowly (the bit starting at 00:30) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kB6eXbq-CPM This is the kind of thing hes doing there, up and down the fretboard chromatically. I slowly build up the speed of this as i get more comfortable. Then i go back to my first exercise and steadily speed it up as i feel comfortable, and start moving it up and down etc I find thats enough to get me warmed up well. |

I use to play all the positions of the minor scale and all positions with 3 notes per string -------------------- |

Yeah, that Satriani Exercise works grate for me! as Satriani said "It's like a Twister for your hand" the first time i saw him doing that i thought it was a stupid thing, but after i tryed i do it always |

I havnt really had a specific warm exercise but now i use the ones from Markus Seipens lesson

I used to do the Flight of the Bumblebee main riff thing. But now I do Marcus' lesson first.

There is a lot of combinations of notes in chromatic scale for warm up. For example you can go 1234, 1243, 1324, 1423 and so on, and then to increase the challenge go on adjacent string and string skipping combinations.
