Well I just got back from the guitar clinic with Devin Townsend. Have to say I really enjoyed it since it was alot more of how he writes music and how he works with his open C tuning than just playing fast.

Highlight of the night? I got to play on Dev's Framus. I totally want one

I watched a video once where he spoke about his writing process and tunings and it was totally fascinating.. it must have been even better seeing the real deal.
