Sorry...."new guy" here. I was wondering if you could point me to some instructions/requirements for these collaboration vids/track please.

Something tells me I don't really have the recording capabilities to participate, but who knows?
Thanks!!

So, just to have at least one take in, here's mine wink.gif I might redo it later! Not totally happy with it...

with these kind of 'static' backing tracks, I really have a hard time building a solid, structured and melodic solo. It's easy to throw some big bends and screamy licks on top of the riff, but it's easier to play something really good over a more complex progression.

This collaboration is over guys, and here are some comments on the only take by Sean! smile.gif

Sean:
Very cool structured take with great intro on the single notes, and follow up with those great bends. I like how it climbs up the neck, excellent build up. In the middle part there is some great use of the natural minor scale, and a very nice comeback to the basic riff with some aggressive bends, vibratos and raked notes. In overall, this take has great tone, sounds very bluesy to my ears, and it features excellent bending and vibrato. Well done! smile.gif
