I think defining a goal is very important. Both long term and short term. For this week learn a solo/song you love. In the long term, to learn a complete album you love

Don't be shy man! Did you practice pentatonic scale? If not, it may be a good time to start. It's a foundation for every guitar player, and specially helpful for blues and rock.
