I have been playing for about six months now and i have gotten a lot more feel for playing the guitar.

the only problem is that i don't have a practise routine, when i practise i just play stuff on gmc and songs that i have learned and some scales that i know. I play this way for hours and i feel like i learn but i don't really learn any techniques.

so my question for all of you is what should my practise routine contain to make my practise sessions as efficiant as possible in terms of developing?

By the way GMC ROCKS!!!

when you tune to drop D tuning are you suppose to tune all strings diffrently or is it just the thickest e.

plus when i do that the e string is very tense (i don't know the word for it but i think it is tense) so it doesen't fell comfortalbe to play.

please help me all my favourite songs are played in Drop D tuning.

my problem is that i'm stuck!

I have masterd the beginner lessons and I practis them every day but the solo and riff lessons are to difficult so i don't really know what to do, i fell like the easy lessons is too easy and the hard is too hard.

what shall I do? I still play every day and my motivation is still there but I can't seem to find my place here.
