Do you know how to resist on the provocation in critical situations? Over the years I learned not to fall on the same, and said to myself - calm down, calm down, .. and usually worked. But sometimes provocations have become so brazen that it is very difficult to refrain and not respond adequately. Man explodes and usually regret afterwards. What is your situation with that ?

Usually I stay clear of people in public that seem stupid! wink.gif

My anger is usually brought on by something happening, not of a person but just an incident. Greatest example, in the middle of the winter cold as can be and a slight snow, my car tire blows out. I scream at the car and it didn't help so I started to hit it for a good 10 minutes. Get the tire changed after throwing everything in the way across the side of the road. After I get the tire changed I go get it replaced while I sit there I think. Hmmm, I bet this looks good a guy is bleeding from his hands as if he just got into a fist fight and won. But all that I know was they had heat and that alone made me feel better. laugh.gif
