well i got some new stuff. a black fender strat. the guy said it was a mexican version or someting. and the pedal was a digi tech rp 80. haven't tried out the pedal yet cuase my best amp is currently in the shop being fixed. heres a link http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Mexican-Stratoc...bayphotohosting

the pedal was 80 and guitar 270 (on sale) its the same model except my fret board is white


i like it. feels good, cant wait to try out the pedal.

I like the strat man.. very nice.

I actually have a Digitech RP300A.. you can get some good distortion out of it... you will probably want to make your own settings.. BTW, I thought you had a digitech effects pedal already? Anyway.. I figure the pedal should be alright. I have a Korg AX30G pedal.. and I love the chorus (and clean effects) on it.. but the distortion isn't good.. whereas, to me, the Digitech has better distortion, but not as clean.

yeah as the guy above said those digitech pedals have some pretty nice distortion as well as some diverse unnecassary effects. laugh.gif

If you want an up-to-date Strat, look at G&L guitars Leo made his best guitars at G&L once he sold Fender to CBS back in the 80's
G&L are all hand made the way Leo did them. The legacy model is his most refined strat.
Im a big G&L fan , Family ties there. I have an S-500 custom which is awsome!!!!
