Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hello Artyom!

Long time no see indeed man! But as usual, your playing is excellent - the only things I noticed are a couple of spots (1:18 and 2:14) where your vibrato was a bit too rash. Otherwise, you have a very good control over articulation in general!

Good work!

Cosmin

I agree with Cosmin. Overall feeling is very nice - quite good pitch and playing precision. But as Cosmin said - those "nervous" vibratos add some distraction to this mood smile.gif No all of them ofcourse because You also showed us some descent vibrato in here smile.gif Probably the problem is with the....patience biggrin.gif The moments when You have "nothing to do" and You feel like adding this speed rate to vibrato adds something to the song...but it isn't...it's opne of the issues with what sounds good and what we think sounds good while we play. Unfortunately sometimes we're no able to judge some phrasing concepts while we play...but we can hear and judge once we record and listen. Try to listen to Your take a few times more and I'm sure that from the listener position You'll easily find out what's wrong smile.gif

Nice take mate. The most difficult thing of these type of lessons is to give them a cool feeling and I think that you did a good job. There is still room to improvement as the other guys said, and I can add that the last phrases (starting at 02:13) has some timing and pitch issues that should be fixed. Besides that it's a good take! Keep on rocking. wink.gif
