Poor little boy.... tongue.gif laugh.gif biggrin.gif Hey i had to wait for a year and half because back then i didn't have any money source and i had to make slowly-slowly and finally with the help of my dad i bought it not even a year ago.
You just decided to spit 2000$ on it and you did - very glad for you and i know you work hard to make it but hey - 2 days of waiting comparing to 1 and half year of huge Steve Vai fan waiting for his "axe of dream" is nothing!! smile.gif

hmmm....my complaint for the day:

I hate that I have to go to work every day that I don't have class.

I hate that I have nothing better to do than play guitar at home (though it's lots of fun...it'd be nice to have some other options).

I hate that I haven't written any stories/poetry in a month.

I hate that I never read...cause I love good books.

that's it for now...

Is that possible??? I mean, when the string breaks it looses it's tension so it actually has no "strength" to hit you. I'm very surprised you managed to cut yourself!

It can happen if your bending the high e string like around the 20th fret, since its under more tension and closer to the point where it breaks (assuming its at the bridge) it can slide rather fast under your finger and cut you, it happend to me about a month ago.

Haha, it actually didn't turn out that bad...my mom's pretty cool about that stuff. since it's a college-level class she just says "hey it's your life, you do what you want with it" and we got away with it.

it would've been worse if my dad caught us. haha

I skipped school once and just stayed home, just never left the house, my dad got home and he was like "Did you even go to school?" after i said "Nope". there was a long pause and then he said "Meh, I dont blame you"

But then again, prior to this, we got hit by 3 hurricanes...
