Hi there,

Wow I missed a lot of things during the weekend. So im in for a band. I play guitar in a a beginer intermediate level, I can also sing backing or lead vocals, I really suck at singing but I love it. So where can I go?

Thanks for all this effort smells.

Ahhh my style, thats a good question....rock, hard rock , some heavy stuff, funk, blues, jazz.....

I'd totally be down for playing a beginner guitarist spot.

And as for style, I'll play whatever.

Just a suggestion, as I can't do anything like this at the moment, but an instrumental rock band would be awesome, if anyone's up for it! You know, Steve Vai, Andy Timmons, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, that kind of stuff.

Right, I have 6 (poss with 7 Zephyr?) members

Coffeeman, Arrival, Crazyfret, USAMAN, Soul Decision, Fretdancer69

If you can read the briefs on the already started 5 bands and PM stating which band you`d like to join up for in the future (as I set a temporary limit of 5 bands max to begin with) or ... if one of you thinks you can take on the responsibility of forming a band with the other guys listed above read THIS first and PM me, maybe we can get a sixth band going smile.gif

Wow, snooze you loose. Did not even see this board till today. Anyway I am up for intermediate level guitar. I can also produce some simple drum and keyboard tracks if needed. Just IM me, thanks.

I do not do the death metal stuff or the screaming singing. Just not me, I am too old for that.

But all older rock, rock and most metal, love the ballad stuff too. Will try backing vocals but no lead singing for me yet.

HELL Yeah I like to join. One problem, I live in Holland so you we probably can't train in my garage...xD I'm also having recording troubles and I'm a beginner (I can play frusciante style 1 and two).
I'd love to learn from you guys!
I have somehting in common with coffeeman I see. I love to sing, but it's not always so good... I'd also like to be singer, but I warned you guys k?

ps. Smell, do you get my pm's? you don't seem to answer them but you do answer my forum post huh.gif

I really would like to participate too.. I would love to make something with heavy, crushing rythm.. Strongly riff based stuff smile.gif Pantera style (Walk..), Fear factory (Scumgrief) style or smt. like that:)

I am somewhere between beginner and intermediate, hopefully closer to intermediate:) I would be able to record my things in place, where we practice with our band - we have recording mix there etc.

Along with guitar, I would be able to provide some (back or lead..) vocals (just not high ranges pls, for I am a bass tongue.gif ) I am a little bit sick of singing in two bands though and would rather devote 100% to guitar:)

So, I would prefere some metal-heading band, but anything would work just fine IMO:) The more styles you know, the better human you are:)
In case of metal band, I can provide with guitar riffs, lyrics and singing melodies..

Happy new year:)

Jakub, will add you to my list of awaiting members, I may look to start another band off real soon, keep your eyes peeled in your message box, thanks m8 smile.gif
