Original lesson: http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/hybrid-picking-advanced/ by http:///instructor/Muris-Varajic

Wow, this one was a tough one, been playing it on and off for a looong time now, Gave it a shot as I feel it sounds good (to me:) ) hopefully you'll like it too.
Played also with korg pandora and I made a preset from the lesson so it sounds quite similar to Muris' tone here.
Cheers!

Well done man, this is indeed a heavier HP piece. I think you did a great job learning it, but you need to polish it up, there were some problems with the timing here and there, actually syncing that picking and fingerpicking alternate bits. For that main riff, you should try to fingerpick with more attack, similar like Muris did.

The second half of the solo is a bit heavier because of the solo parts, there were some notes skipped here and there, but it's OK. As I said, it needs a bit more work, so all the notes come out properly. Muris uses lots of gain, but his notes are clear. It would be better to use slightly less gain, but to have more definition tho.

Hey dude, gotta agree with ivan, i'm going to give you a 7 because i think you need to do it again, it is a VERY hard piece of music (at least for my skills), and you are REALLY close to it, i think you need a bit more practice and i would love to see this again on the REC, that's why i give you the 7, great job.

Out of what I am seeing, Adrian is set on giving GMC a hard time, re-doing REC takes biggrin.gif very good! he knows what and why he's doing it wink.gif I agree with the fact that speed usually creates confusion when playing with lots of gain, so, take some gain out and polish up the take, record it again and get a straight 10! biggrin.gif

This is a very difficult lesson! You are close but there are timing issues in the whole take. I think that you should keep practising this one at a slower tempo for some days. BTW the take is ok and I can note a lot of effort on this one. Well done! smile.gif

Hard piece and good shot ! You have small timing issue,as mentioned above, and you should practice with a less gain and maybe with a slower tempo !
