Hello Sinisa!

I had a little trouble in your Acoustic Down Strumming lesson. At the second part of the song, I should start with two G chords( one without open strings and one full chord) How can i mute the D and G string? I watched the video many times, but didn't see the trick. unsure.gif

Hi mate,

Good question. As you know with or without those two open strings (G & D) , you still got G major. Just a matter of tension.
Now, try to mute these two strings with : index finger will mute D string ( just a light touch), and ring finger will care with G string ,also light touch ! Although fingers at that moment are on A and B string, try to set your finger position so they have the ability to touch adjacent strings. Also depends a lot on the thickness of neck. On some guitars it can be done very easily, on others it is a bit harder, but all in all don't think that you are doing something wrong - you have it under control wink.gif
