Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Almost perfect ! Except the second harmonic everything is great. You have good timing, I like bending also which is accurate, only the tone of your guitar is not defined for my taste, doesn't have the required attack which has Jose's guitar, but it's perhaps a matter of taste, and doesn't affect my final impression! 10 !

btw, great looking Luke wink.gif

Excellent playing well done with the slides. Main problem here is bending and vibrato, you should focus on these two techniques the most. Everything else is pretty much solid.

Hey mate! This take is really good! as Sinisa said.. almost perfect! There are some bends that should be more precise as well as some very little section where the timing isn't perfectly tight but it's a difficult lesson and you did a good job! Well done!

Hey, you've been practicing hard haven't you ?? biggrin.gif

Your timing and phrasing has improved dramatically.. it's almost like listening to a different guitarist !

Bends and vibrato could do with some love though, as Ivan said. If they get better, the whole sound of your playing will get better. Great work ! smile.gif

You did a great job! I love your sound and your bending! Very very nice! Guitar could be a little bit louder but it's an absolute 10!

A little more work on the bends and vibrato should take you to a perfect 10 from me! I say 9, just because I know I can push you to a new level in what regards articulation wink.gif
