Based on where I live, this does not shock me in any single way. I'd be more afraid someone pulls a knife or a gun out on you.
However the fact that people would help a women steal the bike blows my mind. She pretty much said she was stealing it and people helped her. This reminds me a lot of this video. -------------------- Guitars:
