Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 7.5 or higher.

http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/rhythm-gu...style-beginner/ My Take: Equipment Used: Hohner custom Guitar Kodak EasyShare CX7430 Digital Camera Peavey 12W Amp Boss ME-5 Effects Unit Just as a note - the backing track seems to be a copy of the original video audio track, so, as with the case of famous song videos, I turned the sound of the backing track down so that the drums are audible, but the guitar is not. The only guitar on this REC video is mine. Honest! This post has been edited by skennington: Apr 27 2010, 05:06 PM |

really good take man! I like a lot your right hand, looks relaxed and hit hard, that's very good. timing was very very good too. just some unwanted noises, you can improve them using a little bit more of palm muting over 3rd and 4th strings.
beside this tiny detail, your take was very good. keep on practising -------------------- |

I think it is great, but you need to work more on vibrato, it sounds uneven.

Guys already said it. Need to work on your vibrato (let it be a nice and wide movement with your wrist relaxed) and your palm muting. You must be able to control all the sounds with your right hand. Apart from this, is a great take
