That being said Pyramid head might be one of my favorites. However, a close second would be most of the villains of Silent Hill 3. They're just so good. P.S. How'd you like Origins? I think people's criticisms were that it didn't add much more to the Silent Hill history and I suppose they may have a point but I thought the atmosphere and gameplay were similar to 1 & 2.
