Has anyone been able to check out Pro Tools 8? It's set to be released in November. Has anyone actually been able to see it in action? If so, what do you think? I would like to upgrade, but I'm always a little cautious of the first new major release of any software product. However, Digidesign hasn't let me down before.

That's pretty cool. I guess many will stay on older versions for some time, but it is good to know that things are moving in Digidesign lair
 I'm waiting Nuendo4, and insert/send drag and drop function

Someone said it's gonna need a lot more PC power then older versions,
doesn't have to be true tho,just a rumor. But it usually goes like that
