In video 3 of the lesson Trond is playing in the 12th fret yet the guitar table shows notes on 9th and 10th frets??? I am a bigginer so I get easily confused. Can someone clarify please?

Which lesson of Trond's?

Edit: Never mind, I thought you meant you were going through trial and error! biggrin.gif

Okay, I checked it out, and it's the same note, it's just on different strings, so it doesn't really matter which one you play. I hope that this is what you mean. If not, just keep watching the video until you figure it out, I guess...sorry if I wasn't much help.

Well, there is clearly a mistake in the tab! He does play the 12th fret - but if you check the whole tab (or the guitarpro file) you'll see that he plays something different (different compared to the tab under video 3 AND to what he plays in video 3). If you check the main video, before the power chords there is a longer section which - somehow - isn't demonstrated in the little vids.

So check the whole tab and that's going to be the correct tab!

Well yes, 7th fret on D (4th string) string is A note which is the same as 12th fret on A string (5th string). They just have a bit different tone, that`s all smile.gif Follow the tab, and it will be ok, only that song sure is hard for begginer wink.gif

Edit: It seems Trond mess up something with videos\tabs.

Whoops! ohmy.gif
Not sure why i tabbed the notes as 7th fret D string. It is however the same notes i play on 12th A string.
I'll edit the tab and send a ask Kris if it's possible to update it smile.gif

Sorry for any confusion it might have made!
