Hi all
few question here
1.pain question:: after i'm made my video for MTP{specialy A-minor try} i'm decide my weaknes specialy on the A-minor lesson is speed picking..so thats why i'm probally not able to play many licks there on right..i'm start practising SP seriously like 20-30 minutes with {GST PROGRAM} just with a litle breaks and i'm also start feel presure on my right side shoulder
looks like thats nothing important..somethime i'm visiting gym and the presure feel something like i'm be holding some weight or like i'm be holding my arms on front of me long time..probaly nothing important looks like just my muscle are not comfortable stay on that playing positions and they will be fine....but i'm just wana be sure and if somebody has same expirience let me know cool.gif

2.it's here some recomendations when we practising to return to old exersizes or song or when we made them donne on some level. And do we {our fingers} not forgot them??? smile.gif for example on that GST Speed program i'm have lots of exersizes..there is 6 section like single, double, chromatic, sclale, pattern, random exersizes.....i'm working mow mostly on single ,double and chromatic exersizes becouse the other are 2 dificul for me...belive the recomendations is there train with balance 2 exrsizes daily

it's is ok to pay attentions now for 2-3 exersizes and when i'm be feal comfortable and bored swith for longer time this exersizes for the others 2-3..for example for 2-3 weaks..
the main point what is your excpirience with that kind of switching?????????
do i'm be able to play the break exersize when i'm return to them on same speedd????
hope you got me laugh.gif laugh.gif

Thanks
Rene

Hey Besip

1. Regarding pain question, I don't know what can be the problem in specific, but in general if you feel any pain or numbness it is always good to cut down your practicing sessions a bit, or at least massage your fingers and muscles a bit. Workouts in the gym, specailly demanding ones, are not good for guitar muscle memory, since the fine muscle balance can be changed after some weightlifting. SO keep it easy, and don't worry, but if the problem persist contact the doctor.

2. Yes Besip, that is the point man, you should keep the sessions interesting and efficient by switching between exercises. DOn't worry if you can't do advanced stuff right away, there's a ton of stuff to practice while you break to the next level. Also you will not forgot what you practiced if you keep track of your exercises, and write down the tempo you came to, so you know where to carry one when you tackle the exercises later on.

Pressure is normal, try to slow down a notch.Making a small brake is good, your mind need the rest.
I will give you an example:Studio producers, cant do a good work after 6 hours of listening to the track.Your ears do not work as they did in the first 5 hours.SO it is better to say:ok I will continue tomorow.Because mind get tired, and so does the muscles.

As Nemanja nicely stated, it is good to make mini breaks, like 5-10 minutes between your practice sessions. And when you feel your hands are fatigued, just stop and rest until you are ready to practice again.
