Stumbled across some IR's known as "God's Cab" - over SEVEN HUNDRED IR's based on Mesa Boogie Cabs - all free. That coupled with LeCabv2.0 which acts like Control Room Pro from GR5 (Which I love and adore) - This has once again turned me onto free software for my main recording needs.
The track below is just some tones I dialed in about 30 minutes, threw together a few riffs and got a great sound. Only going to get better as I spend some more hours with these impulses, exploring all 700. http://soundcloud.com/lascailles-shroud/gc-ir-mix-test |
