It's clearly a good piece of gear for home applications and I haven't heard anything bad about it so far. We had a friend here who had to replace it, but out of what we have figured out together, his issue wasn't caused by the interface, but by his computer.
Do you have Rode mics for the classical guitar? I know those are pretty expensive

I have one and it works really well especially with a set of good monitors, which I dont have yet
I can put my guitar straight into my DAWS (cakewalk sonar and adobe audition). The focusrite drivers are good with little if no latency so no need for iso4all. I use it as a sound card for my PC and its very good indeed.
You can control input from the connected instruments, in my case a guitar and midi key board...it is also great with my rodes condenser mics as it acts as a preamp.
It too me a while to figure it out and buy the right cabling but I had no idea about its flexibility and functionality it is until now....its a cheap and effective bit of kit...no buzz and the depth of sound is good...7/10....more expensive one offer more clarity/ functionality but for my use its fine...only deals with usb 2 not 3.
