> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hello my fellow PRS user smile.gif

You have the right attitude as Marius noted and standing up definitely helps a lot - I usually practice standing, in order to have the exact feeling of the instrument position as if I were performing live.

I think you did a great job here - but please take care not to touch the strings during the rests - ok?
There was that little unwanted noise there smile.gif Also, please take care of that whammy intervention, as it could be a bit more controlled.

Keep rocking!

Cosmin

Hi again! This is another good take with a lot of energy. The main thing to improve on this one is the timing on the groove that starts at 00:20 and it's repeated some more times. Pay attention to it and to the things that Cosmin marked and you will definitely master this lesson.

Also check my comments about your tone in the other lesson.

Keep on the hard work!

Cosmin was right take care not to touch the strings at 0:45 to 0:50
And at 0:57 to 0:58 that riff is a little bit rushed.
It's cool that you tried the whammy thing with your finger but that major 3'rd sounds a bit akward to me comparing to the original lesson, and of course it could be more controlled.
Anyway good job again and keep it metal smile.gif
