This is just great... one of the best bands ever and James says "the first one starts on the open, the second one starts on this one, and the third one starts on that one..." as if they were just a couple of dudes jamming in a garage...

Awesome video, loved the captions as well. Many times this happens, even a beginner student could come up with some crazy rhythm pattern or even lead work that may take time for an advanced player to grasp, because everyone's mind is different.

Although there was a rumor once that Hamett only recorded the lead guitars on the old albums, and that Hetfield did all the rhythm, not sure if it is true.

Its not often i burst out laughing - but the caption where james just thinks "I need a beer" just made me yell out laugh.gif

Alot of funny captions but that one really made me yell out- ( i guess thats because he doesnt touch drink anymore etc)

Wow !! first I thought it was a parody, then when I saw it was reall !! It's so weird , first you play the open string then this one , and this one, like if they didn't know anything 'bout note names !!
anyway, it happens that sometimes we just mess everything up !! even if it's weird coming from Kirk Hammet !!

I can't play Metallica riffs after 6 years playing but I suck anyway.

Annoyingly I can't find my favourite Kirk Hammett video but it is a parody anyway. It is hilarious however
