I am quite fond of this video:
Floyd Rose Tremolo setup (English) What's great is that you can change all strings at once, and polish your fretboard while your guitar neck is string free.

Potential stupid question...why did he take the battery out & put the spoon in? Couldn't he just have left the battery in?
